DESCRIPTION
Takemichi Hanagaki's second year of middle school was the highlight of his life. He was respectful, a group of friends he could count on, and even a girlfriend. But that was twelve years ago. Today, he’s not a human being: something unwashed that is ridiculed by children and always forced to apologize to his young boss. The sudden news of the Tokyo Manji Gang's brutal murder of the only girlfriend he ever had next to his brother only added to the scandal. The second half before the train ended his miserable life, Takemichi returned that day twelve years ago, while still in love with Hinata Tachibana. After being forced to return the same day he began his descent, Takemichi meets Hinata's younger brother. Without thinking, he admits to his seemingly insurmountable death. Takemichi urges her to protect her sister before returning to the future in a mysterious way. Miraculously, he is not dead. A stranger still, the future has changed. It seems that Takemichi can change over time. Given the opportunity to prevent the tragic death of his ex-girlfriend at the hands of the Tokyo Manji Gang, Takemichi decides to fly while changing his future career.

1. Moebius_arc :
Takemichi Hanagaki, 26, learns one day that his ex-girlfriend, Hinata Tachibana, and her younger brother Naoto, were killed by the Tokyo Manji Gang. When Takemichi was pushed in front of the train, he was sending teleports 12 years ago to 2005. Recalling his high school years, Takemichi meets Naoto and sets the exact date on which he and Hinata will die. When they shake hands, Takemichi is suddenly returned to the present, creating a paradox of Naoto's survival as a detective. Naoto decides that every time they shake hands, Takemichi is evacuated 12 years ago. Using his knowledge from the future, Takemichi vows to save Hinata.
In the past, Takemichi's friends were forced into underground games led by Kiyomasa, a member of the Tokyo Manji Gang. Takemichi's determination to protect them earns the respect of the gang leader, Mikey. Takemichi discovers that his new friendship with Mikey has prevented one of his friends, Akkun, from going to jail right now; however, after Akkun committed suicide out of fear, Takemichi realizes that the Tokyo Manji Gang is a stronger threat to his friends than he originally thought.
After going back to the past, Takemichi finds out that the Tokyo Manji Gang has declared war on Moebius, a gang, in retaliation for Pah-chin's friend. Takemichi finds out that Mikey's second boss, Draken, will eventually be assassinated and led to Mikey's violence. Draken survived the scandal, but Pah-chin turned himself in to police after stabbing Moebius' leader Osanai. This creates tensions within the Tokyo Manji Gang, as they do not agree on how to help Pah-chin.
Takemichi resolves Mikey and Draken's dispute; however, on August 3, 2005, the Tokyo Manji Gang was attacked by a group of Moebius members, led by Valhalla member Shjiji Hanma. Takemichi learns that Peh-yan met them out of anger Mikey and Draken allowed Pah-chin to be arrested, while Kiyomasa stabbed Draken to humiliate him and deported him to the Tokyo Manji Gang. The Tokyo Manji Gang wins the fight and Draken is recovering from his injuries.
2. Valhalla_arc :
Takemichi goes back to this , checking out that Hinata and her friends are still dying within the current timeline. Just knowing that Tetta Kisaki turned the Tokyo Manji Gang into a violent organization, Takemichi goes back to the past to seek out out that Kisaki recently joined the team, using Pah-chin's absence to become the new captain of his division. In addition, first-class captain Keisuke Baji leaves to join Valhalla, after being hired by Kazutora Hanemiya, a former founder of the Tokyo Manji Gang. Mikey promises Takemichi that he will remove Kisaki from the gang if he can bring Judge back. Thus, Takemichi was officially made a member of the Tokyo Manji Gang under the category of Tashi Mitsuya.
Takemichi finds out that Mikey held a grudge against Kazutora for killing his older brother, Shinichiro, two years ago. In addition, Takemichi learns from Chifuyu Matsuno that Baji pretended to be a rebel against the party to investigate Kisaki. In addition, he learns that Kisaki had created Valhalla for Mikey to be their leader, and therefore the Tokyo Manji Gang will eventually enter Valhalla after the noise on October 31, 2005 known as "Bloody Halloween"; their loss was due to Mikey killing Kazutora out of anger for killing Baji.
During Bloody Halloween, Baji tries to stop Kisaki, but Kisaki and Hanma convince Kazutora to stab her as planned. Although the Tokyo Manji Gang wins, Takemichi cannot prevent Baji's death. In addition, Valhalla joins the team, and Kisaki uses their defeat to expand his position within the Tokyo Manji Gang. However, Takemichi is able to prevent Mikey from killing Kazutora, and Kazutora decides to turn himself in to the police. Takemichi was made captain of the primary division as Baji's successor.
3. Black Dragons_arc
After returning to modern times, Takemichi also discovered that the Tokyo Manji Gang had grown into a major criminal organization after absorbing the Black Dragons, and his friends are still dying. Going back to the past, he learns that Hakkai Shiba is forced to leave the Tokyo Manji Gang and join the Black Dragons under the direction of his abusive older brother and current Black Dragons leader Taiju, an event affecting Tokyo. Manji Gang's encounter with the Black Dragons. Mitsuya made an agreement with Taiju that he would allow Hakkai to join on the condition that Yuzuha, the sister of the Shiba brothers, no longer work for the Black Dragons, and that Taiju would not be allowed to attack him. Before saying goodbye, Hakkai secretly tells Takemichi and Chifuyu that Taiju is unwilling to keep his promise and that he plans to kill him soon to free himself and Yuzuha.
Takemichi appeals to the Tokyo Manji Gang for help, but they refuse to intervene, as breach of contract could hurt Mitsuya. However, he and Chifuyu were unsuccessful in getting only the help of Kisaki and Hanma. Together, they learned from Coco and Inupi, two members of the Black Dragons, that Hakkai plans to assassinate Taiju on December 24, 2005. On December 24, Takemichi faces them, but finds that Kisaki and Hanma have betrayed him and abandoned him. However, Chifuyu escapes and seeks help from Mitsuya to defeat Taiju.
After preventing Taiju's unintentional death, Takemichi realizes that in the first line, Yuzuha killed him after being forced by Kisaki, which led to Hakkai blaming himself and being forced to follow his orders. Takemichi convinces Hakkai to resist Taiju to save Yuzuha, and with the arrival of Mikey and Draken in due course, the Black Dragons are defeated. After their disbandment, Coco and Inupi held the titles of some of the 11th generation leaders of the Black Dragons and joined the Tokyo Manji Gang as subordinate to Takemichi. After learning of Kisaki's betrayal, Mikey removes him from their group. Mikey's decision also led to the departure of Hanma and former members of Moebius and Valhalla, reducing the Tokyo Manji Gang by 350 members.
